SUMMER 2017 PARENT SURVEYS
All families who participated in programming this summer are asked to complete a survey regarding their child(ren)'s experience at our camp(s) this past summer. These surveys are REQUIRED in order to participate in our Priority Registration process this fall. The deadline for these surveys is August 31, 2017.

Lake Valley Camp works with targeted schools and neighborhoods to identify participants for our programs. Our partner schools include:
- Benjamin Franklin School
- Bruce-Guadalupe Community School
- Central City Cyberschool
- Milwaukee College Preparatory School
- Prince of Peace School/Escuela Principe de Paz
- St. Josaphat School
- St. Marcus Lutheran School
Additionally, we are actively recruiting 7-9 year old participants from the neighborhoods in the 53205 zip code.

This coming year, you will see some changes to how you register for summer programming. Our goal is to simplify our process, allow for better management of staff time, and keep our families engaged in all that Lake Valley Camp has to offer.
There will be a priority registration period in the fall, available to campers who fully participated in programming this summer - attended 90% or more of their assigned session(s), parent submitted their summer survey, etc. There will be specific registration dates/events for Priority Registration. In early 2018, we will open up for ongoing registration but can not guarantee a spot for any participant during this time frame. Due to the popularity of our program, we may begin to institute a program lottery.
